Dallas Goebel
Lead Pastor
Pastor Dallas is a native of Hoover, AL. Pastor Dallas earned his degree in Biblical Studies from Southeastern Bible College in Birmingham, AL. After he graduated he moved to Louisville Kentucky with his wife, Leah, to pursue further biblical studies at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary earning both his MDiv and ThM. Dallas is currently working towards his PhD at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. In August of 2014 Burton Memorial Baptist Church called him to Bowling Green with his wife and 2 children Elianah and Ezra.

Chris Carter
Worship Leader
Chris accepted Christ as his savior when he was six years old at a Power Team ministry. Chris has played guitar since the age of fourteen and has served as part of a worship team in some capacity since high school. He attained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Religious Studies from WKU and a Master’s in Teaching from Spalding University and currently teaches middle school. He has two children, Bridgette and Julian, with his wife Alicia. They have been members at Burton since 2009.
